Silver Lake – Spring 2010 – Soccer Registration – U16-U19

Players and parents:

          It is time to register for spring soccer.  Although spring sounds like a long way off, the Coastal Youth Soccer League is beginning to organize and needs registration information from all three towns (Halifax, Kingston, Plympton).  The fee is $85.00 and is payable to the Soccer Association in the town where you reside.

We are recommending that all registration forms be returned with payment by December 3, 2009.  It is important that we get your paperwork on or before that date--if we do not have enough registrations, the league will not enter Silver Lake teams into the spring schedule. 

A paid registration also ensures you a spot on a team.  Once rosters are full, players are placed on waitlists.  Last year, no waitlisted players were added.

The registration form and fee of $85.00 can be mailed to the addresses below.  Registration forms are found on the Soccer Association’s websites as listed:
